Charter

The Technical Committee (TC) is responsible for the creation of Design Guidelines, based on approved use-case scenarios, as well as the founding principles and bylaws of the overall Organization. The TC proposes new Technical Working Groups to the board, as required. The TC guides their work and coordinates work between these groups and other groups in overall Organization. It is also responsible for approving guidelines for submission to the BoD for consideration, and in the process, the TC may edit or consolidate submissions.
